®REAgentGigs operates REAgentGigs. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you use our white-label gig marketplace, where licensed real estate professionals post and accept paid flexible tasks. Brokerages and their authorized administrators may also post gigs on behalf of their organization.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information (name, email, phone, account role, license details, skills, rates, work area, photos, availability).
- Marketplace profile settings for agents (availability, service area, rates, and matching preferences).
- Gig-related data (postings, applications, proposals, completion status, reviews and ratings).
- Payment hold metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card details).
- Payout speed (Standard or Instant) on your profile, and when an Instant payout is sent, the Instant fee and Stripe payout id on that contract. We do not store full card or bank numbers.
- Agent Pulse answers if you submit the research form without an account (brokerage, market, optional first name, office city, and email, years in real estate, full- or part-time, work frictions, stipend, staffing, and side-hustle). Stored in our database and emailed to operations.
- AI-tool connection records if you connect an AI client (which app, connection status, and a log of tool actions). Token secrets are stored hashed or encrypted.
- Usage data, device information, and analytics for security and rate limiting.
- Communications between users and with our support team.
How we use information
- To operate the marketplace, facilitate gig matching, applications, payment holds, payouts, and reviews.
- To verify that users are licensed real estate professionals or authorized brokerage staff where required.
- To improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To send service notifications, updates, and (with consent) marketing communications.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage, realtime), Stripe (payments and payment holds), Railway (hosting), and analytics providers. These services have their own privacy policies. We may share the categories of information described above with these providers as needed to operate the platform, limited to the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
Voice support
When you use in-app voice support, your speech is transcribed in real time to assist you and may be stored as text for quality review by authorized platform or brokerage administrators. We disclose transcription at the start of each voice session.
Gig work threads
After a gig application is accepted, posters and workers can communicate in a work thread on the contract page. Messages and attachments (photos, documents) are stored as part of the gig record.
- Visible to thread participants and authorized brokerage or platform administrators.
- Retained for at least five years after gig completion, longer during disputes or legal holds.
- Not ephemeral — records may be kept even if a message is removed in the app.
- Do not upload client Social Security numbers, wire instructions, or unredacted government IDs unless your brokerage policy requires it and you are authorized.
Data retention and security
We retain data as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard security measures. Reviews and certain profile information may remain visible to other users as reviews on profiles even after account deletion requests (subject to applicable law).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
