What REAgentGigs is

REAgentGigs™ operates a Licensed Agent Gig Marketplace™: a multi-tenant, white-label technology platform that enables:

Posters — Licensed agents or authorized brokerage staff who publish paid Gigs — discrete, flexible real-estate tasks such as open houses, showings, listing prep, pricing research, lead generation, and paperwork.
Providers — Licensed agents who apply, perform, and complete Gigs within their licensed jurisdictions.
Brokerage tenants — Authorized organizations that operate branded marketplace instances for their agent networks.

Platform technology

REAgentGigs™ implements a computer-implemented gig-matching and settlement system comprising: (1) license-verified user profiles with geographic work areas and skill declarations; (2) a Skill-Match Gig Routing™ engine that scores candidate Providers using location overlap, skill fit, availability, pay fit, and review ratings; (3) an Payment-Completion Protocol™ that holds funds via a third-party payment processor until mutual completion attestation and bilateral review submission; and (4) optional integration with a Licensed Gig Workflow™ module that maps transaction playbooks to delegatable marketplace tasks.
